Returns the current state of one refund, read live from the card processor. A refund can start as pending and end as succeeded, failed or canceled later. You can also wait for the CARD_REFUND callback instead of polling.

Credentials go in the token and secret headers. This endpoint stays available for accounts limited to refunds (REFUND_ONLY).
